Hotel cancelled our booking the morning of our stay. We were already travelling with children down from Orlando at this point leaving us with no accommodation for 2 nights. Absolutely disgraceful. Beware!!** edit to add.... the hotel did not contact us to apologise or offer another room option, even though we had booked and paid month's in advance... clearly taking advantage of people wanting to pay a higher price for the holiday weekend!! Trying to blame the booking platform... rip off merchants...avoid at all costs!!!

Would highly recommend Sinclair if you are staying in Hollywood Beach - staying here feels like you truly have an entire house to yourself. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and clean. There was a small kitchen (with modern appliances) and dining area for convenience. The large backyard area is another plus, with its cozy corner hot tub. Additionally the location is unbeatable; with a very quick walk of a few feet you are already at the beach, next to several shops and restaurants.

Wanted to catch sunrise with having to drive to the beach so we stayed for one night and we were not disappointed. The host was accessible and very helpful. A mini mansion converted in suites/ private rooms that are Parisian themed. Very cozy and unique boutique stay. Our suite was a cute little apartment style suite with separate living room and bedroom with access to the back patio area from our bedroom which had a comfy king sized bed and big tv. The place was clean and smelled pleasant all throughout included bedding and towels. Had a kitchenette with fridge and microwave and even a small gas stove 😍. Bathroom was very clean and the showered had the best pressure and temperature. Lots of small extras to use like a sauna, hot tub, bbq grill, pull up bar, bikes available on the back patio, which we didn’t use because we weren’t there long enough. They also offer Parking for $30 per day in a lot very near by located behind the abandoned Hollywood Beach Resort. I will absolutely be back again.

Stayed for a night before going on cruise. Very nice place with good prices, especially compared to everything around it. Our room had a nice Paris theme to it. Its right next to the beach and boardwalk, which was very convenient. They have a hot tub, but we didn't get to use it because of the weather. We would definitely stay here again.
